Hi I bought this tablet over a year ago and it worked fine. It was left sitting and eventually made it's way up to the loft. Came across it the other day and thought I'd check what kind of state it was in. Plugged it in and immediately the green android screen appears, it flickers for a bit, then goes off for a few seconds, repeats and this continues. The tablet never boots beyond this, I've tried to reset it but no joy. Anything anyone can suggest please?

Starting with the obvious question - did you fully charge it before you tried all that? How did you try resetting it? Have you held down the Power button and the VolumeUp button at the same time?

I did try to charge it. Left it on for hours, it continually showed the Android screen fleetingly, flickered then disappeared before appearing again. Have tried to reset it using the method above but had no joy either.

That makes me suspect the screen or the graphics chip. If you can remove the back and take the battery out, it might work on mains power only but then again, maybe it needs some professional hands-on treatment.
