Smartphone Recommendation $400,00

I'm looking to buy a new smartphone for around 400.

I was considering the Iphone SE, however, I live in Brazil and frequency used here is the same used by Sprint in the US. And I can't buy Sprint's version of the iphone unlocked.

I started researching and I narrowed it down to basically to two options, Samsung Galaxy S6, for $440 and Sony's Z3+, which to me seems the best bung for the buck for around $330.

However I can't decide between these two. Is it worth going spending more for the S6?

I am also open to suggestions, however I would like a phone with at least 3gb of ram, 32gb of storage and less than 5.2".
