Question Smartwatch for kids

Hi, I hope someone can help as I have spent hours/days looking but with no joy! I am looking for a smartwatch suitable for a 10 year old that is cellular as they don't have a phone, I am looking for one that is actually waterproof not resistant and includes a swim tracker. If anyone can suggest any I would be very grateful. Thanks
