Software that makes digital images look like film?

I came across software and plug-ins ages ago in this area but the web has
changed and I can't find any of them! I recall one was called Digital Film
or somesuch and when I search for that I can only find DV stuff. Thanks for
any help!

wow ! those are some fabulous plug-ins! maybe someday!

For now... there is a function in the new PaintShop Pro under 'adjust'
-> 'photo fix' -> 'digital camera noise removal' that has really
impressed me.
