solution to prevent tablet from getting freeze

I'm using Karbonn ST52(Tablet-Android). It gets freezes many times, not while working but after that. It goes black,as if turned off, but we get calls but we could not attend it.After sometime it opens,sometimes I have to scan. Do i need to download any software?If yes, please let know!

No you don't need software. Try doing a factory reset to defaults after backing up your data, that should clear things up if it's not a hardware issue.
