some ago my bios was working good by pressing f2 and f12 on fujitsu ah532 but suddenly it cant go to bios i tried all the key

i cant get in bios when i try to go bios it go to windows boot manager. i tried every thing to fix it i press evry key 1 by 1 changed cmos remove hdd sdd every thing update bios also but nothing happen. But evry time when i remove cmos and put it bake it gives me a chance to set real time and date at that time its working but when exit and save same problem.... MY LAPTOP IS FUJITSU AH532
