Some keyboard keys not working at all on my PC

Hello, I have a custom made PC with H61M-DS2 MoBo i5 2300 6GB. From last year I'm facing this issue of some keys not working at all. Possible solutions tried-
1. Try another keyboard (Didn't work)
2. Try Live Boot Ubuntu after removing HDD (Didn't work)
So clearly, the problem is with the MoBo. How can I solve this issue? Are there any troubleshooting means for MoBo's I/O?
