Some keys don’t respond - asus fx503

I’ve been using my New asus fx503 gaming laptop with windows 10. Recently my keyboard has begun ghosting the F, R, T, G and V keys on the keyboard I’ve tried rebooting, uninstalling the keyboard driver and updating the drivers nothing seems to work. If anyone has a quick fix for this issue please let me know since the computer is only 2 weeks old and should not be doing this.

Does it still do it in safe mode? If so, then my guess is that the keyboard is faulty.

Honestly, you shouldn't be troubleshooting a two week old laptop. You should contact the manufacturers. They might do some minor troubleshooting, but most likely they will just send you a new one.
