some water happened to fall on the screen of Samsung tab s but it was working still but when the charging ended its not working or Turing on and it's not charging yet

You should never use a device right away after getting liquid on it. You should open it up, remove the battery, SD card, SIM, etc. and let it dry thoroughly (sometimes for days). Yes I know tablets can be hard to open (and if under warranty still should not be opened).

Once it is all dry, then you can put it together and try running it. Otherwise you can fry numerous things when you run it and there is moisture in it.
