Question Someone help me?

I have a problem with the Wireless connection at home. I can only connect to the WiFi at some specific locations (which is near the modem) in my house due to the weak WiFi wave. Therefore, I plan to change the router or buy a WiFi extender/booster device to improve the WiFi quality. But I don't know which option is better. Can someone help me?

I was having a similar issue, but it wasn't the router. Turns out that the previous owners of the home I am in did renovations and used a copious amount of metal in the walls and it interferes with the signal. So we only get good WiFi in two rooms. What I had to do is install WiFi extenders in different parts of the house and that resolved the issue since the signal jumps off the boosters.


Not sure if this might be the issue, or if the booster would assist. You can get a decent booster for less then a new router, so my suggestion is trying that first.
