As far as I know there is no way to get the call history log back on a cell. However, you can get the info on what numbers have called you, and what numbers you have called, by either looking at your physical phone bill, or if you don't get a paper bill, log into your account. Most carriers/serve providers have a record of all the calls (and texts) you send to and get from. So the numbers would be there.
