Songs go to unknown album when sync from media player to sd card

In windows media player it shows album art song order and even the names I put under my homemade mix cd,s but when I try to sync to sd card several cd,s go to one big unknown album file while my homemade ones are all recognized by whatever name or title I gave them. It,s frustrating because the albums that dont sync right have been ripped from the origional cd,s while my homemade ones are read perfect. Not all of My cd,s give me this problem but I want to know how to fix this once and for all before I try to get any more to sync to my phone card. my email is dwgreene115@gmail com , please help, Thank You, Dewayne Greene.
