Sony Bravia Problem

When I plug in a USB stick and play a video, the sound works but the screen goes black. Why's this? Help!

the resolution of the video might not be supported by your sony bravia try converting the video on noth lower let's say the video is @ 1080p try using a 720p video let me know what'll happen

I was originally having problems. This was when I selected the mp4 format it said it did not support it (Even though the sony website said it did). So I searched a little further and I found this: http/www.youtube.com/watch?v=G1d3Rg0kkg0. It worked, but then this problem occured... Any Ideas?

or you might wanna search sony's website for a video converter that will support their product. im watching it right now ill give my feedback later

dude try to download youtube downloader that software has lots of resolution avail for conversion try to use it for the .mp4 codec maybe the file conversion of the software you're using right now has a compatibility issue with your tv. give me a feedback okay
