Sony Cyber Shot ON/OFF button not always working

What can I do about the camera's ON/OFF button not working? It used to have a problem turning on consistently, but now it won't at all.

I'm pretty sure you can't fix it by yourself. Check with Sony how much their out-of-warranty service costs, and make a decision.
