Sony Vaio GPU Driver Updates(Old Laptop)

Hey guys,i want to update my laptops gpu drivers and went to Nvidias site and also Sonys.The newest Driver for my laptop in sonys site was in 2011 while the one in Nvidias is in 2015,and theres this Verde Notebook program which i still dont understand.I was Wondering whether to download sonys official driver update or i should just go with nvidias recent drivers. My latop model is Sony Vaio VPCF133FX. The GPU is GT 425M by the way

The supported drivers for video cards in laptops is always from the laptop vendor. You can try the nVidia ones but they may not work or may not work properly.

Forget about vendors, because you are searching driver for NVIDIA product which I don't think was changed by Sony for your laptop, so you have usual GT 425M as all other laptop vendors do, It's just Sony don't care much to update their drivers.
Go to nVidia website and always use the most recent driver.
