Sony Vaio laptop not turning on

it turns on with the fan and backlight and shows these screens :

and then it always turns off before it reaches 100%. before it got like this it was always randomly turning off when i moved it, and the last thing i did before it became like this was try to install windows 10 and then it shut down halfway through and has been like this ever since.

Replace the hard drive, try installing Windows on the new drive.
