Have a Sony Vaio Model SVE17122CXB: Display continually flickers when lid (display) is raised - lifted from the closed position. It reminds me of dirty/intermittent contacts, but on inspection it looks like the display is ?connected? via ribbon cable or wire bundle?
Is someone, anyone able to provide a source of service info, YouTube link, what to look or check for, etc. The laptop is useless if you can't read what is on the screen.
