Sony Vegas huge file sizes for 1080p60?

I've been trying to figure this out forever. I get 36 second long videos that are 873mb in size and they take FOREVER (giving their size) to render. I'm on a 5820k @4.5ghz with 16gb of 3200mhz RAM.

I'm gonna screenshot my settings for you guys to check. I record in very high bitrates so youtube doesn't give me that retarded grainy image stuff.

So what do you want? Small files or high bitrates???
Where it says variable bitrate on your screenshot change the 240 and 135 into smaller numbers,like 40,000,000 and 35,000,000, that's ruffly what blurays have, you can even experiment with smaller numbers.
Also change the number of slices to 12 and see if that helps with the speed.
