Well it has been happening for a while, but yes Vegas did work before this.

What has changed since it worked? Any major upgrades (Windows, video drivers, Vegas itself)? Any hardware changes?

No hardware changes, but I have updated my drivers and Windows a couple times since then.

From where did you get your installation files? Have you tried re-installing Vegas after all of the updates?
