Sony Vegas Pro 13 stuck on rendering screen

Hi, so about 3 days ago, I was trying to render one of my videos, but it stopped loading so I pressed cancel, and it froze on the rendering screen and didn't allow me to do anything else. It won't allow me to close svp at all, and it won't let me shut down my computer. It's been stuck for 3 days, and I was hoping someone could help. Thank you
