Sony Vegas Pro 13 uploading 360p videos to youtube.

When ever I render my videos on SVP13, the preview looks perfect. But on youtube the video is only 360p.

Do not use the YouTube template...

I made that template, what about it makes the videos have the horrible quality?

What other options are available for "Motion blur type:" and have you tried unchecking "Adjust source media to better match project or render settings"?
