Solved! Sony VIAO drivers

Hi,

I have just recently obtained a sony VAIO laptop, about 2 years old now. The model number is PCG-6K3P it was originally designed for XP but i have installed windows 7 on it and its running great only problem is i cant find GFX drivers for it nor can i find any spec as to what onboard GPU is installed (i know its Nvidia but no idea what model). Anyone have any clues?

Try checking Sony's website... it should be there. Also use device manager to confirm that you really have a dedicated GPU that you need to download drivers for.

Yeah i found it, the model number on the laptop was not actually the laptops model number :S it was a different one which i acquired through Google searching for hours. Everything works good now
