Can anybody tell me what XBR really stands for, and also is it

Don't know what XBR stands for, but it is pronounced "VEGA". What looks
like a W is actually two V's overlapping in two different colors.

So, that would be vuh-vega, then, right?

Maybe the Japanese didn't realize that two V's in English make a W. Kind of
like Chevrolet trying to sell their Nova in South America where "no va"
means "won't go".
