Sony Xperia Z Crash..........help....!!

I was trying to send an email on my Sony Xperia Z smartphone, when I attached a photo, a message poped up saying "Invalid session, please relogin and try uploading" ......the phone got stuck and there is no response when I touch any button or the screen....even the power button is not working......please help immediatenely ....!!!

...but we can't remove the back panel of xperia z.....
but anyway, I waited for 1 day till the battery was dead and then I charged it and started my phone and everything was normal again....
...I'd suggest you guys not to download that rediffmail app becasue it keeps on crashing and I had to uninstall it.......use rediffmail on Googlechrome or firefox....!!!
