Sony xperia z1 compact. WATER DAMAGE

I used a hair dryer,a hover, put it in rice for more then a day. Water did get inside even though the seal was closed. The first time in put in water and it got bad now i feel horrible i tried that. Yesterday it would vibrate three times while charging today the red light blinks while charging. I pressed the power button with the volume up button and still no response. I had this phone for 3 months. PLZ help...

Hello there!
The waterproof phones got a guarantee for water resistantce. Bring back your phone for service. Don't panic mistakes are made...
p.s. I also have sony and i will never put it in water no matter what.

how will you get water damage by a full proof water resistance phone.. Hard to believe. I suppose, I will have to stop taking in water selfies for now
