Sound coming out of only one earphone (tried on multiple devices)

I have a pair of Xiaomi Piston 3 with mic and remote earphones. They worked fine until recently, but sound no longer comes out of the right-side earphone. I tried it on multiple devices, tried altering sound balance, but no sound comes out of the right earphone (may have something to do with the mic/remote that is attached to that side?).

Previously, when this problem happened on other earphones I've had, it has been because the wires have been frayed/something was bent. As far as I can tell, that is not the case here. Is there a way to fix it? If so, how can I go about doing that?

It's pretty much guaranteed to be the cable, just because you can't see any visible damage does not mean there is not a broken connection somewhere.

Is there any way to get it fixed or is it best to just get a new pair of headphones?

There is almost always a way to get it fixed, but the cost of the fix is probably what a new pair of headphones would be.
