Hello,

My laptop (HP-pavilion Laptop 14-ce0xxx ) has a few computer peripheral it does not recognize anymore such as the internal speaker, any usb mouse, and it has a few connexion problems for many websites, necessitating many refreshes to view webpages.

Moreover, when i want to restart my laptop I get DRIVER POWER STATE FAILURE as a crash. All the support software such as windows troubleshooting program or HP support or even looking to update the drivers, it just runs idle without finishing their execution. Windows update reports " HP Inc. - SoftwareComponent - 4.1.4.3079 - Erreur 0x800705b4 "

As a support documentation, I ran WhoCrashed.
Here is the report :

Conclusion
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

4 crash dumps have been found and analyzed. No offending third party drivers have been found. Connsider using WhoCrashed Professional which offers more detailed analysis using symbol resolution. Also configuring your system to produce a full memory dump may help you.

Read the topic general suggestions for troubleshooting system crashes for more information.

Note that it's not always possible to state with certainty whether a reported driver is responsible for crashing your system or that the root cause is in another module. Nonetheless it's suggested you look for updates for the products that these drivers belong to and regularly visit Windows update or enable automatic updates for Windows. In case a piece of malfunctioning hardware is causing trouble, a search with Google on the bug check errors together with the model name and brand of your computer may help you investigate this further.

check the memory by running memtest.org usb autoinstaller (bootable USB flash drive)

check the hard drive for errors with its manufacturer´s tool

reset windows

eventually it´s faulty hardware, RMA it if it´s still under warranty
