sound only playing from one side

hello, I've bought headphones quite recently but after a while the sound is playing just from one side. It can't be my headphones as they are new Grados SR80e .I think there's a problem somewhere inside of my pc cause the same happened with my speakers on exactly the same side. Any ideas on how to fix it?

I think I've fixed it by resetting everything to defaults.
