i had this problem for a while now and i think i finally found out what the problems are. Its the sound quality in windows settings. When i change it to 44Khz with 24 bits it doesnt scratch, but when i change it to 192Khz 12 bit it starts to scratch. It also scratches a bit when i strain the cpu or gpu in videos, movies or games, regardless of sound quality.
i have a f70sl laptop

Not every speaker/headset can handle 192khz well. Also 192Khz is a lot more prone to minor interferance than 44Khz. Thats why 44 is the standard setting. Any reason why you want 192?

I don't really want at 192Khz, I don't really care about that at all, it's just the scratching sound becomes more subtle when I put it on that. Other than that the scratching sound never goes away even if the herz is at 44. My mic has weirdly the same problem.
