Sound wont stream

I just built a computer about a month ago and it worked perfectly until a few days ago when i wanted to watch a YouTube video and i got no sound. I tried it with my turtle beach and skull candy headphones and it didn't work. The strange thing is that it works with games and windows sound effects but not YouTube or Itunes. HELP!

check your windows sound control that nothing mutted. try reinstall the audio drivers in case one is damaged.
