Question Soundpeats Watch 1 not turning on

Hi, my Soundpeats Watch 1 stopped working out of the blue, I did not use it for a day after which it would not turn on. I tried to charge it for an entire day, I wiped the charging port, pressed and held the side button... still nothing. Anyone has encountered that problem and if yes is there a way to fix it?
