space bar puts cursor to the front of the line of text

i've changed my keyboard settings accidentally and the space bar now causes the next text to be written before the current text.
e.g. the dog sat
becomes
sat dog the
also also my keyboard short cuts have all changed
how do i change this back to normal

It sounds like a preset of sorts that is optimized for right-to-left sentence structure, instead of the left-to-right many romance languages use.

Can you list your system specs, including model numbers and OS version?

i only know that the laptop is a toshiba that runs on windows 7
