speaker bar Sony HT CT770 keeps switching from HDMI 1 input to the TV input

I had my Sharp Aquios 65 inch Tv hooked up with my Sony HTCT770 speaker bar perfectly and then a week ago we lost power due to a storm. Power was out about 8 hours since then its been a nightmare getting all back to normal! finally everything is all good except that I use one remote my cable remote it works all. TV turns on in a few seconds sound bar turns on both to HDMI 1, which is great because thats what it should do,arc enabled devices, after a while sound bar switches to the TV imput so now I must use sound bar remote to switch back after a while happens again. All night long! I have been searching everywhere for a solution to this and all I seem to find is others with the same problem no solution! PLEASE someone have mercy and help me!

Check the TV menu to make sure that ARC and CEC are both set correctly. Try off if on and vice versa. You may have lost a setting when the power went out.
