Speakers and Headsets problem on my laptop

Hi , on my Dell Vostro 1015 laptop when i use speakers the left one never works on any speakers and all the headsets i used the left ear never working on my laptop , but it works perfectly on my phone . i don't know what to do , i already uninstalled and installed the audio driver but still not working please help

they are both at max volume this is not the issue
