Speakers Hi-fi pc music under 400

Hey!!! Im New here.

Im traveling to usa and i like to buy a Good pair of speakers (Im live i realy too expensive)

I only want to use mainly to here Good music in my pc. I read a lot and i only am confuse.

To travel is a lot more easy to buy a bookshelf powered speakers like klipsch r15pm but i read a lot of bad things like that hace a 10 seconds delay so for a pc is usless. Or ediffer 2000 but also read some bad things

What can you recomend me? Any information is Good to me
