So my speakers every second or two make a high pitched noise, even when I disable all of recording and playback devices noises are still here, also when I am watching something on youtube all sound would go off this high pitched noise would come and then sound is back and repeat every 2-5 sec, another thing I noticed is that LED light that tells if speakers are turned on or off goes a little bit darker and while I was going trough both device manager and record devices I've seen that those two kept refreshing:

This occurred after I upgraded to windows 10, I had same problem on windows 8.1 where both my speakers and headset would make this same static noise, I somehow was able to fix it but unfortunately I forgot how and now after upgrading I assuming something got restored enabling this high pitched noise again.
