Spilled Water on a notebook laptop

I spilled water on my notebook laptop. I let it dry for about 2 days, i even use a hair dryer to dry it. but i did not open it internally. When I tried to turn it on it works but there's something popping out. like set up this and that blah blah blah. I'm afraid that may notebook wont stay working for a long time. I really need this for my studies. Hope you guys can Help me. Thanks =)
