I recently bought Steelseries Artics 1 headset that came prepackaged with its own splitter for the headset and mic.
Turned out people could hear in Discord everything that was happening on my PC.
After talking to support I got a new pair of the same headset, but people could still listen to my output sounds ONLY when I connect the headset to the splitter even if the mic is muted, when I connect it without the splitter both mic and headset work perfectly and I have no issues.
And I really want to use the splitter cause it helps a lot with cable management since the headset cable is so short. Is there any solution that is not just replace the splitter? Cause I would probably need to wait a few weeks for support to send me one.
