Splitting sound from PC to both subwoofer and TV

Hey, first thread. I have connected a 2.1 system to my PC, and now I have mounted a TV on the opposite wall. The TV is connected to the PC via HDMI. The sound from the computer will now play on the TV, but I want to use the subwoofer (that is connected to my computer) along with the TV's speaker. Is such a thing possible? I have a Z87-Pro MB on the computer, and R9 290 GPU if it matters.

Hi, Not swure if the only option, but as I see it, it can be done by using a HDMI splitter and then one HDMI to TV and the other to a HDMI to analog audio extractor.
Something like:

but I guess that there are cheaper ones too.
Or look for HDMI to HDMI + audio converter.
