I'm in Rural NH - got Starlink installed a couple weeks ago - I've tested on SpeedTest @31ms, 249/16Mbit.

On average I get around 150/25, ping in the 30-35ms range.

Max - After finding their testing portal built into the modem/router I've been able to hit 300Mbit down and 95Mbit up, not with the same settings. Pings as low as 21.

Still get periods of no connectivity, so FPS can be frustrating. Most are less than a couple seconds but a few go 20s+ so it isn't fully ready for what I would like, but plenty good for web browsing and streaming services.
