I have an Insignia TV model NS-32D310NA21. I don't have the original remote. I need to manually start a channel scan, but I've had no success after doing the following:
1) Soft reset by unplugging it for 60 seconds
2) Hard reset by unplugging it, pressing and holding the power button on the TV for 30 seconds, releasing the power button and waiting 60 seconds before plugging it back in.
3)Attempted to use a USB keyboard, but that fails because it is expecting a thumb drive with photos.
I haven't found a way to bring up the full menu using only the power button;; I only get a "change input" mini-menu.]
Anything else I can try?
