Start Up Problem

My Laptop is HP Probook 4430s Core I5, while working on it i received a message that plz plug in power your battery is remainining 7 % and it goes to sleep. I offed it by Power Button.
Since then it is not booting and restarting every time i on the power from HP Logo Screen But when i remove the hard disk it does not reboot and demand the operating system.
The laptop does not boot from CD Drive also.

Please Help Out

Do you have any USB storage devices connected to a USB while attempting to boot. If so unplug it / them and try to boot up.

Also go into the BIOS and see what your boot order is. I you want to boot from the hard drive make sure it's the first boot device. If you want to boot from CD make it the first boot device.
