STB without Audio controls?

Hello my name is Ilan. I wonder if anyone is familiar with a STB which does not have Audio controls (e.g. Volume Down)?

Usually you have no real options what box to use.
Why no volume control?
If the box can be changed to fixed output in the audio menu that would defeat any volume controls on the remote.

Thanks for your helpful reply.
It took me a few hours to learn that digital audio (e.g. HDMI) never has volume controls; analog does have.
I am looking forward to your future advice (e.g. an accurate PC tool for comparing audio levels of 2 recordings)!

Musicscope might work for you. Does a lot more than simple levels.

Might be a way to do that in Audacity too but not sure. It's freeware so give it a try.
