Can we start a good movement to warn people away from Steam?

I have been attempting to access my account. I know the password, I know the username, and I can't get a response from Steam. They sent a reset, but the reset code wasn't valid. I repeatedly asked for a reset, but I can't get a response.

I have no means of contacting steam to address the issue.

I can only conclude that Steam has - at the very least - stolen money from me, and doesn't want to solve the problem.

I can't contact Steam, and reseller ratings has one of the worst ratings granted to Steam that I have ever seen. Can we get more publicity and start a cry out against Steam practices to take money from customers but not allow access to the paid for material?

I would be more concerned that someone has managed to get ahold of your login credentials and changed your password than steam after all these years just wanting to rob you.

Can you not get ahold of them from the support page?

I have never had any problems with Steam in several years of use, and have saved a lot of money buying games from them. It's a very convenient way of purchasing software and, TBH, I've had more problems with brick and mortar stores.

I make sure that I use a complex password and that I remember it; an obvious precaution.
