Stolen iPhone Lost

Hey, my iPhone was stolen yesterday in the gym locker room and I don't have find my iPhone. The thief turned it off and I was wondering if theirs a way I could track it.
Any help would be appreciated.

If find my iPhone wasn't turned on, your chances of retrieval, if any, are slim. Did you at least have it linked to an iCloud account? If so, Apple could at the very least render the phone useless, which, if you post a reward for return notice, might compel the thief to return it.
