Cannot stop popup ads when opening docs

Are these pop-ups occurring when opening documents via a web browser? If so, what browser(s) are you using?

Do you have any ad-blocker apps installed? Have you enabled pop-up blocking in your browser(s)?

Just reset your phone to factory default. I did it to my phone. I was about to throw it because it is so annoying to have these pop-up ads coming unwantedly. I hated it.I move my files/photos etc first to my hard drive then i reset it...the virus is gone.
