Strange background noise coming from headset, despite getting a new pair.

Hi guys, first off I had a strange problem with my previous headset (Hyperx Cloud II) and my current Siberia V2, whenever I put the master volume any higher than 73 I got a strange continuous noise, its very subtle however if I open any programs such as Teamspeak or pause a youtube video the noise is a little louder which is annoying me, I tried on a laptop and I get the same results with both headsets.

Is it static, does it sound electronic ( like buzzing). Also does it make the same noise on your phone.

I cannot test on my phone since I gave the Hyperx Cloud II back and the Siberia v2 are usb.

Turn down the gain of the speaker by going into sound settings (just type sound into the windows start page or right click the speaker icon on the right side of the desktop and click playback devices then find your speaker or headset device) also make sure that the speaker is on the highest quality (by going to the advanced tab) and the the drivers are installed for the usb device.

Tried that doesn't work I'm so sad because I actually loved the HyperX more than my current Siberia V2 and I still get the same problem.
