Strange fps drop

So i downloaded blacklight retribution and i played it at low 130-140 and everything enabled + max 60-80 fps. The next day i turned on my pc and i got on low 30-50 fps? I have no idea how. The game runs on my nvidia GPU so no intergrated graphics crap Sombody can explain why? and how i can fix it? Tnx for the help!

CPU: Intel Core i5-4210U, up to 2.7 Ghz
GPU: 1: Intel HD graphics 4400 2: Nvidia Geforce 820M
RAM: 6GB
OS: Win 8.1 64bit

You managed to play Blacklight Retribution that well on that GPU? Consider yourself lucky that ever happened in the first place.

Yeah i know it is pretty crap. But how did i manage to restart my pc and play the game at 120 fps but then after 1 day it can't even get 60? i even recorded and got 80 fps average

Yeah, this is not the first time this happend actually i got around 40-50 fps on mafia 2... next day... 0-15 fps.... Ghost Recon Phantoms 60fps on high... next day lagging on high... i just dont get it

Same thing happend again i got around 110-120 fps on counterstrike: global offensive... next day it is 30-40 fps?
