streaming issues on Acer Aspire ES1-512-C1PW

I have an Acer Aspire ES1-512-C1PW.. it will not stream HULU, Netflix, Amazon etc.for more than 50 seconds or 1 min w/o buffering. From the exact same spot/desk I can run my Samsung tab, my Toshiba laptop, my Samsung phone, some of the kids other devices all at the same time w/o any issues... the Acer will not even stream properly if it's the ONLY device running.. at this point it's pretty much just a 250.00 DVD player with a really crappy on board DVD software.. any ideas for the streaming issue?

when did you buy it because I think it is the cpu that is causing the problem being it is a Celeron?

yeah.. Processor Model Intel Celeron... to tell you the truth, I didn't realize in 2015 there could be such a crappy machine.. Sept 7 2015

how much of the system ram is assigned to the onboard videocard?

total avail graphics memory: 1792 MB
dedicated video memory: 64 MB
system video memory: 0 MB
shared system memory: 1728 MB

just so you know I ran a directx dialgnostic tool in windows and it says no problems found.

yes & that laptop has 4gigs of ram in it too does it not?

yeah... System Memory (RAM) 4 gigabytes

run task manager while streaming video to see how much ram & cpu is being used.

hey there.. thanks for all your help with this.. I got so aggravated with it I quite literally threw it out a window. 5th floor into a parking lot.. landed on it's corner.. quite a mess.. I spent way too much time f'ing around with that piece of s_it... life is WAY too short.. Merry Christmas!!
