Streaming on TV with sound, no recording

I'm looking for a system that would allow me to
- Stream from a high quality camera straight into a TV (different rooms, less than 5m wires)
- No recording required, no online streaming as well
- Needs sound

Most webcams seem to have usb outputs to be used with computers, CCTV with audio seems somewhat complicated

I've been looking around the site as well as google but yet didn't find the "best match". I didn't buy anything yet, wanted to make sure I get the simplest and best cost efficiency solution.
